The Alabama Assembly is a member of The Federation of States dba The United States of America, unincorporated. We are comprised of American State Nationals and American State Citizens who volunteer their time, skills, and resources.

Anna von Reitz, Fiduciary for The United States of America, unincorporated, and her husband, James Clinton Belcher, our hereditary Head of State, spearheaded The American States Assembly as an effort to reconstruct the American government, to provide a way for living men and women to reclaim their status as the lawful, sovereign inheritors of this land, and to rebut the presumptions of foreign citizenship initially attached to us by a deceitful birth registration process.

We seek to tear away the veil and expose the STATE OF ALABAMA, a bankrupt municipal corporation, and the State of Alabama, a territorial corporation, for what they are: incorporated entities disguised as governments who misidentify Alabamians as residents and taxpayers and, under color of law, coerce and extort living people via undisclosed adhesion contracts and deceptive semantics.

Our priorities are to bring awareness to the Alabama General Populace, introduce them to the manipulation and fraud permeating every aspect of their lives, teach them how to reclaim what has been taken, and rebuild the American system of government–a collective body of self-governing people, owed to us and our progeny.
