Meeting Guidelines

Each man or woman should limit their floor time to 5 minutes. If more time is needed, please stop and request more time. This is necessary to ensure everyone is given the ability to speak and that the meeting is conducted in a timely manner. 

Please say "May I?" before speaking and "I Yield" when finished. 

Please ensure your mic is muted when not actively speaking.

Please do not interfere during the meeting agenda unless called upon to speak.

Deliberate disruption will not be tolerated.

This meeting is private. Bearing false witness, misrepresentation, and posting inflammatory rhetoric in public forums is forbidden and shall be addressed in an appropriate manner. To eliminate all conflict and false allegations, you must disclose your presence upon notice if you are a member of any law enforcement or public agency at the federal, state, city, county, or township agency. Anyone who is in attendance under false pretenses, anyone who is working for any foreign government including the Territorial United States or Municipal United States, anyone who is being paid or coerced to attend, must disclose their presence and purpose or leave the meeting.
