Our Mission
​The Alabama Assembly is dedicated to:

Fully restoring and repopulating our unincorporated State of the Union and Union States (unincorporated counties)

Reinstating our Common Law courts for living people

Securing our sovereignty by organizing and maintaining our state militia and peacekeeping functions

Navigating American Commercial Law through an international business assembly focused on Alabama infrastructure and state-wide affairs

Educating and informing Alabamans of the fraud they encounter on a daily basis

Preparing for the opening of and transition to a new banking system from which restitution and recoupment of funds shall be provided in the form of pre-paid credit and asset-backed currency. ​​
We, the members of The Alabama Assembly, seek to bring responsibility and accountability back to government. We believe in keeping the peace, living in harmony with nature, and that living men and women are not property to be used or owned. We believe in the sanctity of life, liberty, and self-governance. With love, we believe we can, and will, bring about the change needed to make our Alabama a light for all.
