The Four Pillars

The complete restoration of our unincorporated State of the Union is dependent upon our "four pillars" being stood up. Once this takes place, our State Assembly can be seated and begin fully functioning on behalf of Americans/Alabamans. â€‹

General Assembly

We are in general session and meet on a weekly basis. It is currently presided over by a Federation-appointed State Coordinator. Once our State Assembly is seated, the State Coordinator position will cease and an elected man or woman will take its place as Chair/Speaker for the State Assembly.

All members of The Alabama Assembly make up the General Assembly. This is where proposals are made, ideas are discussed, elections are held, and oversight is provided for all State Assembly functions.  â€‹â€‹

International

Business Assembly

Our International Business Assembly is currently in development.

This Assembly will handle state-wide and interstate (out-of-state) business on behalf of Alabama. From infrastructure to education, it will be involved in a wide range of commercial interactions to make our State better for all who call it home.

Jural Assembly

Our Jural Assembly is currently in development.

This is the focal point of our efforts. The reinstatement of our American Common Law Courts is crucial to our standing as people. Currently, there exists no place to seek actual remedy as living men and women on Alabama. The administrative courts still operating on our land and soil are commercial in nature and can only provide services to Legal Persons and other corporations.

State Militia

Our State Militia is being organized and is currently capable of providing limited services.
